"Andalusia Day" in CEIP RAMIRO DE MAEZTU

Hello everybody!

Last thursday, 26th of February, we celebrated "The Andalusia Day". For this day we did activities like a typical Andalusia Beakfast, dancing and music, poetry and we organised a basketball match between teachers (only girls) and our school's female basketball team.

We enjoyed it a lot. Look at the photos!

¡Feliz Año Nuevo!

Everyone at Wanborough Primary School wants to say a big thank you for all your lovely Christmas cards. It was very kind of you. We hope you got ours too.

We also want to wish you all a very happy 2009!

We are all looking forward to going back to school on Wednesday. It is very cold and frosty in England at the moment as you can see in the photo of the fields nearby.

El viernes pasado Papa Noel visitó a los niños de Wanborough durante nuestra Venta de Navidad.

Hello again!

This 31st of october we celebrated Halloween in our school. We did a lot of activities. We dressed up as witches, vampires, ghosts and so on. Look!

Also, we organized a pumpkin competition. Look the photos!

At the end, Laurel, one of our American Auxiliaries of English Language told us about Halloween in the United States.

After the summer, I started another school year and with a lot of information. This year we are starting the Bilingual Project in our “first year”. We will inform you about all the activities in the school. Now we are presenting the two grades in which the Bilingual Project starts:
